In the year of 1978 being an 8 year old boy I was impress to see for the very first time in my Veterinarians office a Dogo Argentino in front of my german sheppard dog.

I was thinking inside of me that one day I will own a DOGO ARGENTINO and that’s how in the year of 1997 I bought CASSIOPELA pedigree N 15356 after waiting 19 years.

In the year of 1998 after being in love with the breed I registered the kennel under the name of FACON MONTERO N 16295 FCA. With the intention of beginning to breed this magnificent breed, and keeping in mind going out to hunt therefore our name.

In the year of 2000 we began working with my friend DIEGO RAUZI giving the kennel a bigger impulse by achieving our first hunting outings, which quickly became our passion the BIG GAME HUNTING with Dogos Argentinos.

After the year of 2003 FACON MONTERO is the property of both of us
